HAVOC is the Deluzion Mas x Love Sewo costume section for Dominica Carnival 2027, featuring Carnage, Chaos, Frenzy and Rampage. We’ll be taking the road with Pulse Experience, our host band for Carnival Monday. Your HAVOC registration combines your costume with the wider Pulse road experience, plus an included Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package.by Pulse.

Yes. All HAVOC masqueraders must be 18+.

To collect your package, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence. Your ID must match the details on your PlayMas account.

All HAVOC registrations are completed via Deluzion Mas PlayMas only. Choose your costume, size and applicable bodywear options during registration.

minimum 40% payment is required to secure your HAVOC package. FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINES: Minimum 40% at registration 70% of your total package by 31 October 2026 100% of your total package by 31 December 2026 Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your package without refund. You can also pay your remaining balance early at any time.

All payments are non-refundable. Once your package has been paid in full, you may place it on the authorised resale marketplace. If your costume is successfully resold, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding applicable fees. If it does not sell, your payments remain non-refundable.

Packages cannot be transferred while there is an outstanding balance. Once your package has been paid in full, any transfer or change of package owner must be completed through the authorised process.

HAVOC features four presentations: CARNAGE — Two Piece CHAOS — Two Piece FRENZY — Monokini RAMPAGE — Mens Carnage and Chaos are available with a choice of Wire Bra or Standard Bra. Applicable female costumes are available in Thong, Cheeky or Full Coverage panty options.

Your package includes your selected HAVOC costume, the Pulse Experience for Dominica Carnival Monday, and an Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package by Pulse. Full costume and package inclusions are outlined on each individual product page.

Yes. Every HAVOC package includes an Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package by Pulse. Immortals is Pulse Experience's J’ouvert road experience, featuring paint, powder, water and full J’ouvert energy on the road. Further meeting, collection and operational information will be communicated closer to Carnival.

Yes. Your HAVOC package includes the standard Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package. Immortals Bodywear upgrades will be available separately once Immortals J’ouvert by Pulse officially launches. Any upgrade will be an additional purchase.

Costume collection will take place in Dominica ahead of Carnival Monday. Exact dates, times and location will be announced closer to Carnival.

No. HAVOC costumes must be collected in Dominica. Due to the nature and value of the costumes, postal delivery is not available.

Yes, authorised third-party collection may be permitted. Your authorised collector must be assigned or approved in advance and will be required to provide the relevant identification and order information at collection. Full authorised collection instructions will be provided ahead of distribution.

Your applicable Pulse wristband gives you access to the Pulse Experience road band and its included amenities for Carnival Monday. Wristbands must be kept secure and worn as instructed by the band. Lost or damaged wristbands are not replaceable. Your Immortals J’ouvert access is separate and will be subject to Pulse's J’ouvert collection and access procedures.

No. The Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package is included as part of your HAVOC package, participation is encouraged but optional. Choosing not to participate in J’ouvert does not reduce or refund any portion of your HAVOC package price.

Once your package has been paid in full, you can place your costume on the authorised resale marketplace. If another masquerader purchases your costume, you will receive a full refund excluding applicable fees. Resale is not guaranteed. If your costume does not sell, your original purchase remains non-refundable.
