All masqueraders must be 18 years or older to participate.
A valid government-issued photo ID matching your registration will be required at costume collection.
By purchasing, you agree to respect and uphold the culture and spirit of Dominica Carnival and comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Deluzion Mas, Love Sewo, Pulse Experience and authorised Carnival personnel.
All purchases and payments are non-refundable, except where a fully paid costume is successfully resold in accordance with Section 11.
A minimum payment of 40% of the total package price is required at registration.
At least 70% of the total package price must be paid by 31 October 2026.
The full outstanding balance must be paid by 31 December 2026.
Failure to meet any payment deadline may result in cancellation of your registration and release of your costume without refund of any payments already made.
Costumes cannot be exchanged, transferred or placed on the resale marketplace until paid in full.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, style and coverage options when registering.
Carnage and Chaos are available with either a Wire Bra or Standard Bra.
Thong, Cheeky and Full Coverage panty options are available for applicable female costumes.
Once production has commenced, changes to sizing, bra style, panty coverage or other selected options cannot be guaranteed.
Alterations are not included, and differences in individual fit do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Costumes are produced according to the size, style and coverage selections submitted with your order.
While every effort is made to match the advertised prototype, minor variations may occur due to material availability, production processes and the handmade nature of Carnival costumes.
Such reasonable variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Costume collection will take place in Dominica ahead of Carnival Tuesday.
The collection location, dates and allocated collection arrangements will be confirmed closer to Carnival.
Costumes cannot be posted or delivered.

Third-party collection may be permitted only where an authorised collector has been assigned or approved in accordance with the collection instructions provided by Deluzion Mas.
Customers are responsible for checking their package at collection and raising any issues with the collection team at that time.
HAVOC will participate on the road as part of Pulse Experience for Dominica Carnival.
All HAVOC masqueraders must comply with the applicable rules, safety requirements, road procedures and Terms & Conditions established by Pulse Experience.
Instructions issued by Pulse Experience, its security personnel, road management team and authorised staff must be followed while participating with the band.
An Immortals J’ouvert T-Shirt Package is included with each HAVOC package.
Immortals J’ouvert is a separate road experience operated by Pulse Experience and participation is subject to Pulse Experience's applicable Terms & Conditions, safety requirements and operational instructions.
Masqueraders must follow all instructions relating to paint, powder, water, road safety, meeting arrangements and participation.
Immortals J’ouvert bodywear is not included within the standard HAVOC package.
Bodywear upgrades may be made available for additional purchase once Immortals J’ouvert by Pulse officially launches.
Further J’ouvert instructions and requirements will be communicated closer to Carnival.
By joining HAVOC and participating with Pulse Experience, you agree to:
Follow all band instructions, safety measures and steward/security guidance.
Respect fellow masqueraders, staff, performers, officials and members of the public at all times.
Behave responsibly and in a manner consistent with the culture and spirit of Dominica Carnival.
Comply with any additional participation requirements imposed by Pulse Experience or relevant Carnival authorities.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the band or associated road experiences without refund.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your HAVOC package does not include flights, accommodation, airport transfers or other personal travel arrangements.
Masqueraders are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Dominica and ensuring they arrive in sufficient time for costume collection and Carnival activities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold all required passports, visas, travel authorisations and other documentation required for entry into Dominica.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Deluzion Mas and Love Sewo are not responsible for missed participation resulting from flight cancellations, delays, denied entry, missing travel documentation or other personal travel disruption.
Carnival routes, timings, meeting points, amenities and operational arrangements may be changed by Pulse Experience, Carnival organisers, local authorities or other relevant parties.
Reasonable operational changes to the road experience or package arrangements do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Deluzion Mas and Love Sewo are not responsible for changes outside of their reasonable control.
In the event that Dominica Carnival or the applicable road experience is cancelled, postponed or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government action, public safety concerns or other force majeure events, payments will remain non-refundable.
Where the experience is rescheduled or an appropriate alternative arrangement is made available, your package may be transferred to the rescheduled experience or another applicable Carnival date.
Any such arrangements will be communicated to affected masqueraders.
Certain elements of your Carnival experience are delivered by or in partnership with Pulse Experience and other third-party suppliers.
These may include road operations, music, food and beverage services, security, J’ouvert operations and other band amenities.
The exact delivery of these services may be subject to reasonable operational changes.
Where participation in an experience is governed by Pulse Experience or another authorised provider, masqueraders must also comply with that provider's applicable Terms & Conditions and instructions.
All payments are non-refundable unless your fully paid costume is successfully resold through the authorised resale marketplace.
A costume must be paid in full before it can be placed on the marketplace.
Listing a costume for resale does not guarantee that it will be sold.
If your costume is successfully resold, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the costume/package, excluding booking, processing, transaction or other applicable fees.
If the costume does not sell, no refund will be issued and the original purchase remains valid.
Costumes may not be privately transferred or resold outside of the authorised process without prior approval.
